  • Business launch and scaling frameworks

Digi Skale may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use Digi Skale, you must:

  • Have explicit parent/guardian consent, with the account controlled by the parent/guardian

Digi Skale may request proof of age or authorisation when necessary.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

By subscribing, you authorise Digi Skale to automatically charge your chosen payment method at your selected interval (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for partial periods, unused access, or accidental purchases.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations do not generate refunds.

5. Non-Refundable Custom Services

Custom services — including but not limited to:

  • Web development
  • Facebook Ads setup
  • Logo design
  • Website audits
  • Technical support
  • Product page creation
  • Product uploading

— are non-refundable once any work has started.

Work begins immediately after payment, such as:

  • Allocating staff
  • Preparing themes/templates
  • Conducting research or planning
  • Beginning project setup

Because labour and resources are consumed instantly, all service fees are strictly non-refundable.

6. Account Use & Security

  • Accounts are for individual use only.
  • Sharing login details or granting access to others is prohibited.
  • You must keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access.

Account misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

By subscribing to Digi Skale, you agree to treat the following as confidential:

  • Training materials and video content
  • Business systems, frameworks, and strategies
  • Supplier lists
  • Templates, tools, and internal resources
  • Community discussions or private content

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish any materials.
Legal action may be taken in case of breach.

No refunds are granted for terminated accounts.

Digi Skale may moderate or remove posts as needed.
