Affiliate Terms of Service — Digital Skale Ltd (trading as “Digi Skale”)
These Affiliate Terms govern your participation in the Digi Skale Affiliate Program. By registering, you agree to all conditions below.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To join the Digi Skale Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be 18 years or older, OR
- If under 18, have explicit consent from a parent/guardian, who must register and manage the account.
We may request proof of age or guardian approval at any time.
Digital Skale Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Dashboard & Tracking
When approved, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard containing:
- Your unique referral link
- Total referrals
- Commission earnings
- Promotional materials
Referrals must come through your unique tracking link.
Tracking cannot be manually added retroactively.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates may choose ONE of the following commission models:
Option 1 — Recurring Commission
10% monthly recurring commission
Earn 10% every month for as long as the referred subscriber remains active and paying.
Option 2 — One-Time Payment
$40 one-time payout
Earn a flat $40 for each qualified referral who joins and becomes an active paying subscriber.
Commission Payments
- Paid monthly within the first 14 business days
- Requires a valid payout method
- A minimum payout threshold may apply
- Digital Skale Ltd may adjust payout timelines or structures with notice
Fake referrals, self-referrals, or manipulation will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Make false claims about Digi Skale or promise guaranteed results
- Use spam, bot traffic, mass messaging, or deceptive tactics
- Pretend to be Digi Skale staff or claim official partnership
- Share offensive, harmful, or misleading promotions
- Create fake accounts or fake sales
- Use Digi Skale content in ads without written approval
- Damage or misrepresent the Digi Skale brand
Violations may result in immediate removal and loss of unpaid commissions.
5. Brand Use Guidelines
You may use Digi Skale branding only as approved.
You may NOT:
- Alter or modify logos or materials
- Build websites or ads that resemble Digi Skale’s official pages
- Suggest endorsement beyond being an affiliate
- Use copyrighted content for personal commercial campaigns
Promotions must remain professional and compliant.
6. Termination
Digital Skale Ltd may suspend or terminate your affiliate account for:
- Breaking these Terms
- Fraud, manipulation, or unethical behaviour
- Inactivity
- Misuse of promotional assets
Termination due to misconduct will result in forfeited commissions.
You may leave the Program at any time by emailing us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digi Skale Ltd is not responsible for:
- Lost earnings
- Tracking failures
- Browser or cookie blocking by users
- Indirect or consequential damages
We do not guarantee income or performance.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms or the commission structure at any time.
Changes will be announced via email or dashboard notice.
Continued participation means acceptance of new Terms.
9. Governing Law
All Terms are governed by English law, with disputes settled exclusively in England & Wales courts.
