Affiliate Terms of Service

To join the Digi Skale Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older, OR
• If under 18, have explicit consent from a parent/guardian, who must register and manage the account.

We may request proof of age or guardian approval at any time.

Digital Skale Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.

When approved, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard containing:

• Your unique referral link
• Total referrals
• Commission earnings
• Promotional materials

Referrals must come through your unique tracking link.

Tracking cannot be manually added retroactively under any circumstances.

Affiliates will receive a one-time commission payout equivalent to 67% of the referred customer's initial subscription payment.

Current package pricing includes:

• £49.99 package
• £24.99 package
• £12.99 package

For example, 67% of the £49.99 package is approximately equivalent to $30 USD. Please note that commission payout amounts may vary depending on live exchange rates and currency conversion rates at the time of payment.

A commission will only be paid for qualified referrals who successfully join and become active paying subscribers through the affiliate's unique referral link.

Commission Payments:

• Paid monthly within the first 14 business days
• Requires a valid payout method
• A minimum payout threshold may apply
• Digital Skale Ltd may adjust payout timelines or commission structures at any time with notice

Fake referrals, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of the affiliate system will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

You must NOT:

• Make false claims about Digi Skale or promise guaranteed results
• Use spam, bot traffic, mass messaging, or deceptive marketing tactics
• Pretend to be Digi Skale staff or claim official partnership status
• Share offensive, harmful, illegal, or misleading promotions
• Create fake accounts or fake sales
• Use Digi Skale content in paid advertisements without written approval
• Damage, misrepresent, or impersonate the Digi Skale brand

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program and loss of unpaid commissions.

You may use Digi Skale branding only as approved by Digital Skale Ltd.

You may NOT:

• Alter or modify logos or official materials
• Build websites, funnels, or advertisements that imitate Digi Skale's official pages
• Suggest endorsement beyond being an approved affiliate
• Use copyrighted Digi Skale content for unrelated commercial purposes

All promotions must remain professional, truthful, and compliant with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

Digital Skale Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for:

• Breaching these Terms
• Fraud, manipulation, or unethical behaviour
• Inactivity
• Misuse of promotional assets
• Suspicious referral activity

Termination due to misconduct may result in forfeited commissions and permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by contacting us via email.

Digital Skale Ltd is not responsible for:

• Lost earnings or missed commissions
• Tracking failures caused by browser settings, cookies, ad blockers, or technical issues
• Platform outages or payment delays
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We do not guarantee any level of income, success, or performance.

Digital Skale Ltd may update these Terms, payout structures, or commission percentages at any time.

Changes may be communicated via email, affiliate dashboard notification, or updated website terms.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
