Refund Policy
Digital Skale LTD (trading as “Digi Skale”)
Effective Date: 10 January 2026. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, renewals, and non-refundable services are handled when purchasing Digi Skale subscriptions, digital products, or services.
1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the Digi Skale platform, training materials, mentorship, or services has been granted.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused access
- Failure to use the platform
- Accidental purchases
- Subscription cancellations
- Change of mind after access has been granted
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard within the Digi Skale portal.
Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not generate refunds for previous or current billing periods.
2. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments according to your selected billing plan.
It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to continue the service.
3. Digital Service & Access Acknowledgement
By purchasing any Digi Skale service or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The service provided is digital in nature and not a physical product
- Access to the platform, training materials, mentorship, or services constitutes delivery of the service
- Once access has been granted, the service is considered fulfilled
- Participation in any part of the service confirms acceptance of the service as delivered
Personal dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or individual business results do not automatically qualify for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Custom Services
Custom services — including but not limited to:
- Web development
- Facebook Ads setup
- Logo design
- Website audits
- Technical support
- Product page creation
- Product uploading
— are non-refundable once any work has commenced.
Work may begin immediately after payment through activities such as:
- Staff allocation
- Theme or template preparation
- Research and planning
- Technical setup
- Project preparation
Because labour, time, and resources are allocated immediately, these service fees are strictly non-refundable once work has started.
5. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, Digi Skale reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform until payment is successfully received.
6. Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact Digi Skale directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally wherever possible.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where refunds are required by law, Digi Skale will comply with those legal obligations.
