Subscription Policy

Digital Skale LTD (trading as “Digi Skale”)

Effective Date: 10th January 2026. This Subscription Policy explains how Digi Skale subscriptions are billed, renewed, managed, and cancelled.

1. Subscription Plans & Payments

Payments for Digi Skale subscriptions are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By subscribing to Digi Skale, you authorise recurring automatic payments using your selected payment method according to your chosen billing interval (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or otherwise stated at checkout).

Subscription pricing may be updated periodically. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles.

2. Subscription Access

Your subscription provides access to Digi Skale digital content, training materials, mentorship features, community access, and any services included within your selected plan.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle unless terminated earlier due to policy violations or failed payments.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard by navigating to:

  • My Profile → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Once cancelled:

  • Future renewals will stop
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining within the billing period

Cancellation does not generate refunds for previous or current billing periods.

4. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the subscription being automatically renewed and charged using your selected payment method.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation preferences before renewal dates.

5. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, Digi Skale reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform until payment has been successfully processed.

6. Digital Service & Access Acknowledgement

By purchasing any Digi Skale service or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service provided is digital in nature and not a physical product
  • Access to the platform, content, community, mentorship, or services constitutes delivery of the service
  • Once access has been granted, the service is considered fulfilled
