Effective Date: 10th January 2026. By accessing or using our website (www.digiskale.com), digital learning platform, community, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Scope of Services

As a subscriber, you may receive access to Digi Skale's digital educational ecosystem, including but not limited to:

  • Training videos and course modules
  • Weekly live training calls and Q&A sessions
  • Product research tools
  • Supplier directories
  • Marketing, branding, and ecommerce resources
  • Business launch and scaling frameworks
  • Community access
  • Mentorship-related content and support

Digi Skale reserves the right to update, modify, remove, or discontinue features, content, or services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use Digi Skale, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old; or
  • Have explicit parent or guardian consent, with the account managed by the parent or guardian.

Digi Skale reserves the right to request proof of age or authorisation where necessary.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By subscribing to Digi Skale, you authorise recurring automatic payments using your selected payment method according to your chosen billing interval (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or otherwise stated at checkout).

Subscription pricing may change periodically. Any pricing updates will apply only to future billing cycles.

5. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard by navigating to:

  • My Profile → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Once cancelled:

  • Future renewals will stop
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining within the billing period

Subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the Digi Skale platform, training materials, mentorship, or services has been granted.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused access
  • Failure to use the platform
  • Accidental purchases
  • Subscription cancellations
  • Change of mind after access has been granted

Personal dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or individual business results do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the subscription being automatically renewed and charged.

6. Digital Service & Access Acknowledgement

By purchasing any Digi Skale service or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service provided is digital in nature and not a physical product
  • Access to the platform, training materials, mentorship, community, or services constitutes delivery of the service
  • Once access has been granted, the service is considered fulfilled
  • Participation in any part of the service confirms acceptance of the service as delivered

7. Non-Refundable Custom Services

Custom services — including but not limited to:

  • Web development
  • Facebook Ads setup
  • Logo design
  • Website audits
  • Technical support
  • Product page creation
  • Product uploading

— are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Work may begin immediately after payment through activities such as:

  • Staff allocation
  • Theme or template preparation
  • Research and planning
  • Technical setup
  • Project preparation

Because labour, time, and resources are allocated immediately, these service fees are strictly non-refundable once work has started.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, Digi Skale reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform until payment has been received.

9. Account Use & Security

Accounts are for individual use only.

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials
  • Grant platform access to third parties
  • Allow unauthorised users to access your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Account misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

10. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

By using Digi Skale, you agree to treat the following as confidential:

  • Training materials and video content
  • Business systems, frameworks, and strategies
  • Supplier lists
  • Templates, tools, and internal resources
  • Community discussions or private content

You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Digi Skale materials or confidential information without written permission.

Legal action may be taken in the event of a breach.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, training materials, systems, graphics, videos, documents, and resources available through Digi Skale remain the intellectual property of Digital Skale LTD.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or upload platform content elsewhere
  • Use Digi Skale materials to create or promote competing services
  • Sell, licence, or repurpose our content for financial gain

Any violation may result in account termination and potential legal action.

12. Results Disclaimer

Digi Skale provides educational content, mentorship, and support only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Sales
  • Profit
  • Business outcomes
  • Personal success
  • Specific results of any kind

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, consistency, market conditions, advertising performance, and execution.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

13. Community Conduct

Users must not post or share:

  • Offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Spam or unauthorised promotional material
  • Copyrighted material without permission
  • Misleading or illegal content
  • Content that disrupts the learning environment

Digi Skale reserves the right to moderate, remove, suspend, or restrict access to community content where necessary.

14. Termination of Access

Digi Skale reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Failed or missed payments
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Sharing restricted content
  • Unauthorised account sharing
  • Abusive, harmful, or unethical behaviour
  • Illegal activity connected to the platform

No refunds will be granted for terminated accounts.

Digi Skale may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, suppliers, software, or external services.

We are not responsible for the content, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Nothing within Digi Skale creates any partnership, employment, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between users and the Company.

Updated Terms will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform or website.

Continued use of Digi Skale confirms acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
